What to do when your bored

Today's daily problem that I will try to solve is what to do when your bored. It happens to everyone, don't want to do anything, don't feel like doing anything, not knowing what to do to pass time. Well don't despair, I will give you advice on what you can do to pass time.

First of all, what is your hobby? Everyone has a few hobbies that they enjoy doing. Try to find someone that has the same hobby or more people depending on the hobby. Or else you can find a new hobby. There are so many different hobbies that you could enjoy and I find the best list to help you find a new hobby would be on Wikipedia. You can visit the page here, surely you will find a hobby that you can enjoy.

I particularly like the section on Internet based hobbies, because that's what I'm doing right now. It is one of my hobbies to write on a blog, even though it's a new hobby, I already enjoy it a lot. If you're reading this blog, it's because you have an interest in blogs yourself, so why not start one. Everyone has their strengths, everyone knows a lot about certain subjects. For me, I like to research on the Internet and find answers, so I decided to make this blog to share these answers at the same time.

If staying a long time on the Internet doesn't attract you, then by all means look at the list on Wikipedia and find something to do, even if it's reading a book, playing games or watching TV, just do something. I also want to advise you on diversifying your hobbies, not having only hobbies that are passive, where you don't move much. You need to have hobbies where you're active too, sports, gym, walking, whatever, just be active. You need a balance between the two if you want to be healthy. I would never pass all my days on the computer, that's for sure, I play badminton, golf, go train at the gym, so I try to balance things out.

Also, having a positive mindset is very important, if your feeling down, that you don't want to do anything, then it will be hard to get out of that mindset. You will need to think positively to get out of that negative thinking, nothing is worse than having negative thinking all the time. I will make a post in the future on how to have a more positive attitude.
